Responsible for creating web application tools and reports that help LOB production support teams with their day to day support activities.

Quartz SME:

Provided KT & best practices to LOB application support teams.

Responsible for collaborating with infrastructure teams in order to identify any and all weekend maintenance activities that may impact specific applications within the GRT & RCIT ORGs.

Developed web applications utilizing both python and extjs components. Helped build a centralized web portal that housed all support related reports and tools.

Wrote python modules to capture various exception reports. Cached the reports to object oriented DB (SANDRA).

Designed POC and developed user friendly UIs that established a connection handle references to the SANDRA DB which kept historical trends on application specific exceptions and violations.

Developed a real-time dashboard for senior management to track violations/exceptions produced from various compliance reports and displays a compound view by LOB & technology executive.

Developed a real-time release management tool for LOB production support teams that identified any code base w/i a release package that had not met the threshold unittest pass ratio for the specific application swimlane. Thus preventing possible risk of pushing untested code to production.

Responsible for provisioning role based access for all applications across GRT (Global Risk Technology) & RCIT (Risk, Corporate Investment & Treasury)

Online documentation delivered in Sphinx for all reports, best practices and remediation procedures.

Supported platform system called ARCTIC (Architecture for Regulatory, Credit & Treasury Information Consolidation). An in-house developed trade and position data repository that services enterprise wide business functions including: Credit, Margin, Regulatory, Compliance, Client Valuation Group, Treasury and Finance. ARCTIC receives trading, pricing, indicative and counterparty data from upstream systems through real-time and end-of-day feeds. Approximately 400 incoming data feeds have been implemented to date. Feeds are classified as Derivatives, Loans, Notes & Mortgages, Investment Securities, Inventory, Financing Receivables & Cash.
